Pacific Stone Partners Pty Ltd (“Pacific Stone Partners”) is engaged in a range of advisory, investment and trading activities across multiple jurisdictions. In the course of its operations, Pacific Stone Partners may participate in transactions or relationships that result in financial benefit or potential conflicts of interest.
Pacific Stone Partners may be paid success fees, equity or retainers for its advisory mandates and investments.
Where we have a financial interest in a transaction we advise on, or are paid by more than one party to it, we tell our client in writing before we act. We also invest and trade as principal, for our own account; where we do so in a transaction we advise on, we say so.
Pacific Stone Partners may maintain non-exclusive relationships with institutional investors, family offices, advisers and government entities. These relationships may involve co-investment, referral or participation arrangements. Where a relationship is relevant to an engagement, we tell the client.
Many of our engagements are confidential, so we do not publish our clients, counterparties or transactions. That confidentiality does not limit what we tell a client about any interest we hold in that client’s own transaction. Where a conflict cannot be managed, we decline the engagement.
Pacific Stone Partners maintains internal procedures to identify and manage conflicts of interest. New partnerships, mandates and fee arrangements are reviewed under those procedures before we proceed.
Pacific Stone Partners does not offer, pay or accept bribes or facilitation payments, and does not give anything of value to a client’s officers or to any government official to obtain or keep business.
