Aircraft Engine Sale and Leaseback
Originated, structured and negotiated the sale and leaseback of three engines for an Asia-based airline, releasing working capital during a period of oil-price volatility.
Critical Minerals Offtake Investment
Originated a strategic investment in an antimony project in Africa. The buyer funds the project's start-up in return for guaranteed offtake.
Rice Supply Investment
Originated and structured an investment in rice production for a Middle East buyer, securing supply and diversifying its sources. We negotiated the terms between the parties.
Artemisinin Joint Venture
Brought together Korean and Vietnamese partners in a joint venture to produce artemisinin, the plant-derived active ingredient in antimalarial treatments.
